Welcome to TIJ Express. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our courier and logistics services, including but not limited to package pickup, transportation, delivery, tracking, and related digital platforms (website and mobile applications). By accessing or using https://courier.tijexpress.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

In these Terms: “We,” “Us,” or “TIJ Express” refers to TIJ Express, operating at https://courier.tijexpress.com; “You” or “User” means any individual or entity using our services; “Services” means all courier, logistics, and ancillary offerings provided via our platform.

2. Account Registration & Use

To use certain features (e.g., booking shipments, tracking, managing consignments), you must register an account. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@courier.tijexpress.com.

3. Booking & Service Execution

Shipments are subject to availability, service area coverage, and compliance with our prohibited items list (e.g., hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals). TIJ Express reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any shipment without liability if it violates these Terms, applicable laws, or poses safety or operational risk. Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as a time-bound service.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Service fees are displayed during booking and confirmed upon order submission. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Refunds are issued at TIJ Express’s sole discretion and only for services not rendered due to our operational failure — not for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or recipient unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of shipment date.

5. Liability & Limitations

TIJ Express is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a shipment is limited to the actual shipping fee paid for that consignment. We do not guarantee delivery of items prohibited by law, improperly packaged, or misdeclared. Loss or damage claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements on https://courier.tijexpress.com are the exclusive property of TIJ Express or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Jakarta under the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), with judgment enforceable in any competent court.

8. Amendments & Notices

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted at https://courier.tijexpress.com/terms-conditions with the effective date. Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance. Important notices will be sent via email to the address associated with your account or posted on our website.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TIJ Express concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
